The makeup event will take place on August 3 and will be held in three phases, with Mega Rayquaza hatching from Raid Eggs at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 6 PM local time. Importantly, all Gyms will be eligible for the raid, eliminating the need for players to find an Elite Raid Gym. Additionally, the Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 20 from Friday, August 2, at 5 PM to Saturday, August 3, at 8 PM local time. While it hasn't been explicitly confirmed that remote players can participate, the increased Remote Raid Pass limit strongly suggests that this option will be available.
